They aren't together at this time. Blair is carrying Patrick's baby, but because she still loves Todd, she goes looking for him. Just when they seem to get closer, Todd does something stupid and ends up pushing Blair farther away. It used to drive me nuts. I love the two of them but Todd invariably shoots himself in the foot.
